Usage Policy

These rules keep Nova fun for everyone in the server and keep your account in good standing. They apply to every Nova account, and breaking them can get your account warned or blacklisted.

Applies to all plans

Play fair
Don't ruin the game for others: no mass killing, crash scripts or map wipes.
Know your plan
Free and Basic share one set of rules. Enhanced is far more relaxed.
Zero tolerance
External executors, leaks and NSFW content mean an instant ban.
Warnings add up
2 warnings (3 on Enhanced) and your account is blacklisted.

1Free & Basic rules

The Free and Basic plans share these rules. These actions are not allowed.

Not allowed
No Mass Killing
Team wiping or systematically eliminating players to ruin experiences is strictly prohibited.
Not allowed
No Abusive Scripts
Scripts that fundamentally break core gameplay mechanics are not permitted.
Not allowed
No Unauthorized Bans
Bans are reserved for Enhanced users and are prohibited on Free and Basic.
Not allowed
No Map Changes
Do not attempt to modify, replace, or delete existing game map geometry.
Not allowed
No Global Commands
Commands affecting the entire server are disabled for this license level.

2Enhanced rules

Enhanced has the most relaxed rules: it lifts the Free & Basic restrictions, with these exceptions.

Allowed
Basic Rules Unlocked
Everything that is blacklisted on Free and Basic is allowed, unless written otherwise below.
Not allowed
No Crash Scripts
Deploying scripts designed to crash clients or stall servers is forbidden.
Not allowed
No Mass Kicking
Systematic removal of players through abusive moderation results in a blacklist.
Limited
Limited Map Editing
Small changes to the map are allowed. Any scripts that may delete or change the ENTIRE map are prohibited.

3Zero-tolerance rules

These apply to every plan. Breaking them skips the warning system and leads straight to a ban or termination.

Not allowed
No External Executors
Circumventing Nova's security via third-party tools results in a HWID ban.
Not allowed
Confidentiality
Leaking or redistributing buyer-exclusive media or scripts is strictly forbidden. This also applies in-game: you may NOT talk about or mention Nova in game.
Not allowed
No Commercial Use
Using Nova for personal profit, RMT, or fraudulent schemes is prohibited.
Not allowed
Roblox TOS Compliance
Executing NSFW content or chat filter bypasses results in immediate termination.

4Enforcement & appeals

Breaking a plan rule earns a warning on your account. Free and Basic accounts are blacklisted automatically at 2 active warnings, and Enhanced accounts at 3 active warnings. Each warning expires 30 days after it's issued, and you can appeal an active warning from Account standing in your dashboard.

Zero-tolerance violations aren't warned: they result in the ban or termination listed with the rule.

Think a warning or blacklist was a mistake? You can appeal it from your dashboard. Each active warning can be appealed once, and a blacklist once per ban; a declined appeal is final.

5Refunds

Purchases are eligible for refund requests within 72 hours of the transaction, provided no whitelisted account has been blacklisted for violating this policy. See the full Refund Policy.
