At Nova Serverside, we prioritize your privacy and collect only the information necessary to provide and secure our services. We collect:

  • Account information: email addresses and hashed passwords when you register.
  • Linked accounts: Roblox or Discord account identifiers when you choose to link them to your Nova account.
  • Service data: server telemetry, execution logs, and analytics generated by your legitimate use of the dashboard.
  • Security data: IP addresses and browser fingerprints to prevent abuse, track active sessions, and secure your account.

2How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Authenticate your access to the dashboard and API securely.
  • Provide performance analytics and execution tracking for your servers.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
  • Communicate important updates regarding the service.

We do not use your data, scripts, or analytics for any malicious purposes, nor do we monitor them to gain an unfair advantage in third-party services.

3Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may only disclose data if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the safety and rights of Nova Serverside and its users.

Card and crypto payments are processed by our checkout provider, SellAuth. Your payment details go to them directly, and we never see your full card details.

4Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption, secure session management, and robust database architectures to protect your data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5Your Rights

You can view and update your account details and linked accounts at any time via the dashboard, including unlinking Discord and signing out other devices. To have your account, telemetry, or execution logs deleted, email us at [email protected] or contact our support team through Discord.

6Cookies and Sessions

We use essential cookies and session tokens to keep you logged in and ensure your interactions with our API are secure. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
